Frank Herbert (Bert) Parke, Jr.
After graduating from Little Rock High School in Arkansas, Bert earned his B. A. Degree from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee in 1952. He then served on active duty in the United States Air Force from 1952 to 1954.

Upon completion of his U. S. Air Force service Bert was employed at Democrat Printing and Lithographing Co., in Little Rock, Arkansas; a commercial printing company founded in 1871. He began his career working in production and over the years served as Executive Vice President, President and is currently Chairman of the Board of the company.

Mr. Parke has served as a Director of Printing Industry Association of the South as well as Printing Industries of America, the national trade association of the printing industry.

He is currently President of the Arkansas Travelers Baseball Club, Inc. and is active in the Christ Episcopal Church in Little Rock.
